Awareness

We work with survivors and bereaved families to keep Grenfell Tower in the public’s mind. This is vitally important during the ongoing Public Inquiry so that what happened on 14th June 2017 is remembered and that lessons from the Inquiry will be learnt and not forgotten.

#DemandCharges

We supported Grenfell United with their ‘Demand Charges’ campaign, to demonstrate the amount of evidence and lack of action 4.5 years after the fire. The campaign included a film featuring bereaved family members sharing the evidence from the Inquiry, billboards across London to remind people what happened, and a ‘sea of evidence’ at the Silent Walk to emphasise the sheer volume in the public domain.

Never Forget Video

At the end of 2018 we supported those affected by the fire to come together and share their messages of hope and change in their own words. The video has been viewed 60,000 times.

 3rd Year Anniversary Film

Due to Covid, the 3 Year Memorial could not be marked by a large community gathering so we were asked to commission this short film to focus on both Remembrance and Justice.

#DemandChange Projections

In 2019, we supported the projection of messages onto towers in London, Manchester and Newcastle and onto the Houses of Parliament to highlight the unsafe conditions people are still living in and to #DEMANDCHANGE.

‘Never Forget Grenfell’ ExhibitionIn 2019, Photographer Tom Cockram held a number of portrait sessions with bereaved and survivors in order to curate the ‘Never Forget Grenfell’ Exhibition. This was held shortly after the 2 year anniversary at the Truman brewery in East London to ensure communities outside of North Kensington could remember what happened. A number of talks were held throughout it’s run to shine a light on the wider Grenfell issues and engage new audiences in the fight for Justice. Billboards of the images were also shown across Greater London.
